Wednesday 12th October 2022 at 9:00 - Etna Excursion
During DAY 3 of the conference participants have the possibility of a unique trip experience on Mount Etna - the programme can be downloaded here. The volcano covers an area of 1,190 km2 (459 sqmt) with a basal circumference of 140 km (87 miles). This makes it by far the largest of the three active volcanoes in Italy.

Thursday 13th October 2022 at 19:30 - Hosted Dinner
The Copernicus Sentinel-5 Precursor mission is the first Copernicus mission dedicated to monitoring our atmosphere. Sentinel-5P was successfully launched on 13 October 2017 from the Plesetsk cosmodrome in Russia. On the day of the launch anniversary a dinner will be hosted by ESA in Forza d'Agrò. Participants will pay for their dinner (around 35 EUR per person).
The pick up point is at 19:00 at the car park in front Hotel Villa Astoria (Via Luigi Pirandello, 38, 98039, Taormina).
